Hear’s A Journey was founded by an experienced, independent traveler who often found herself secretly desiring her own professional guide especially when driving along the country lanes, sea coasts and mountain passes of Europe. She and her companions wished for a little assistance so they could more enjoyably take in the panorama surrounding them without always being dependent on the written word, as much as they all loved the written word. And so at the conclusion of a wondrous, mid-life European traveling sabbatical, the idea for Hear’s A Journey was conceived.

Hear’s A Journey’s mission is to provide fellow independent travelers to Europe who are driving for part or all of their holidays with day trip itineraries that impart well researched, expert commentary about notable towns, sites and areas with directions en route. Professional narrators deliver informative, diverse and entertaining information in a conversational format. All with the objective of enriching your journey and making it even more enjoyable and memorable. Hopefully, we will have succeeded.
